We are flying home and wanted to take this opportunity to write to you and let you know that our first trip to Africa put together by you and Family Expeditions was nothing short of spectacular! The trip, your descriptions, and the hosts exceeded the expectations of myself, Helen and Michael. You thought of everything and absolutely nothing was left to chance. I am sure you heard already but even Helen decided to participate in the hunt and was rewarded with a beautiful Impala. It was a wonderful place to be because everyone in my big family had something to do that they were passionate about! Some went fishing, some horseback riding, and my husband and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. We really loved the cooking lessons and struck up a great relationship with the chef.
Glamping with my grandchildren was the highlight of the trip without parents. A chef cooked dinner for us and we played in the stream, played horse shoes and had a big fire where we roasted marshmallows.
