It was a wonderful place to be because everyone in my big family had something to do that they were passionate about! Some went fishing, some horseback riding, and my husband and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. We really loved the cooking lessons and struck up a great relationship with the chef.
Glamping with my grandchildren was the highlight of the trip without parents. A chef cooked dinner for us and we played in the stream, played horse shoes and had a big fire where we roasted marshmallows.

You were right , this was a TRIP OF A LIFETIME. We all had an incredible time. I couldn’t pick one place over another because each one was fabulous. Gisella was so fun and everything she had planned was so good , even the crazy weather added to our adventure. Give us some time and we want you to plan us another adventure. New Zealand or maybe Spain and Italy??
