I wanted to send a personal note to you thanking you for all your assistance over the last year and a half.  Our African adventure was one for the family’s history books, and we loved every second of it –  from Cape Town to our photo safari to the hunting safari.  We truly felt welcomed as family and made what I consider to be lifelong friends and contacts along the way.

Your willingness to help us and answer questions every step of the way – from our early ideation conversations to answering my tipping questions while overseas, was truly appreciated, and your first-hand experience of Africa was second to none in crafting an itinerary that every single one of us in the family could enjoy.

It was a wonderful place to be because everyone in my big family had something to do that they were passionate about!  Some went fishing, some horseback riding, and my husband and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen.  We really loved the cooking lessons and struck up a great relationship with the chef.

Glamping with my grandchildren was the highlight of the trip without parents.  A chef cooked dinner for us and we played in the stream, played horse shoes and had a big fire where we roasted marshmallows.

We are flying home and wanted to take this opportunity to write to you and let you know that our first trip to Africa put together by you and Family Expeditions was nothing short of spectacular! The trip, your descriptions, and the hosts exceeded the expectations of myself, Helen and Michael. You thought of everything and absolutely nothing was left to chance. I am sure you heard already but even Helen decided to participate in the hunt and was rewarded with a beautiful Impala.  We have already begun to discuss returning to Africa in the summer of 2016 and of course we would like you to arrange everything.
